By using Turd Responders’ website or booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Services

We provide residential dog waste cleanup services in Moncton and surrounding areas. Services may be offered as one-time cleanups or recurring plans.

2. Booking & Payment

• All recurring services are billed monthly in advance via Stripe through Jobber.

• Services continue until you cancel by emailing us at admin@turdresponders.ca.

• Failed payments may result in service interruption.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• To cancel or reschedule a service, notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

• Recurring plans can be canceled anytime, effective at the end of the current billing cycle.

4. Access

Customers must ensure safe and open access to the yard on scheduled service days. If we are unable to access the property, service will not be completed and no refund will be issued.

5. Service Limitations

Heavy snow, extreme weather, or unsafe yard conditions may result in rescheduled or postponed service.

6. Liability

We are not responsible for damage to lawns, landscapes, or pet health unless proven negligent. Our team is trained to handle pet waste hygienically and responsibly.
